The company "Art-keramika" (Ukraine) invites entrepreneurs and companies to cooperate in creating an international franchise network for the production and sale of porcelain stoneware products.

We have developed a technology for manufacturing special porcelain stoneware elements that make it possible to create products of complex shapes and expand the possibilities for using porcelain stoneware in interiors and construction. There is currently no direct competition on the European and American markets.

What we offer

We are looking for partners who are ready to become a master franchisee in their country or region and organize the development of a local franchise network.

Your task is to build your own network, find entrepreneurs who want to open a production facility, organize their launch, and ensure the supply of the necessary porcelain stoneware elements from our company.

Franchisees will use our elements and technological solutions to manufacture finished products, including:

• sinks and washbasins for kitchens and bathrooms;

• countertops and washbasins;

• steps and stair elements;

• window sills, fireplaces, facade elements, and finished facade solutions;

• baths and saunas.

Your products will be a great support for architects and designers, construction companies and specialized retail chains, and individual developers.

How the work will be organized

Our company provides:

• supply of special porcelain stoneware elements of our own production;

• technological solutions and a product manufacturing program;

• transfer of the necessary knowledge and assistance in organizing production;

• development of the assortment and expansion of product capabilities.

Our regional partner organizes:

• search for and recruitment of local franchisees;

• conclusion of contracts and support of partners;

• organization of regular purchases and supplies of our elements;

• assistance in launching production facilities and developing sales in their territory.

How the regional partner earns

The partner's income is generated through the resale of our elements to local franchisees with their own trade markup. Additionally, participation in the initial franchise fees of new franchisees may be provided for — according to an agreed model.
