Asselin production line
A comprehensive line for the production of needle-punched nonwovens, consisting of:

- Intermediate storage, feeder carding machine, carding machine 2500 cm of THIBEAU company
- Combing machine; canvas rolling machine; needle punching machine type SD-2 (two boards down); needle punching machine type SM-2 (two boards up) of ASSELIN company
- High-performance breadth-drying and heat-stabilizing machine by BRUCKNER company
- Calendering of the web in order to smooth the surface; thermal bonding and thickness calibration – three-roll calendered of BOMBI company

Textile parameters
- The type of fiber used for the production of finished products: staple polyester, polypropylene, viscose fiber 3.3-17DTEX with a cutting length of 38-90mm
- Products manufactured on the line – needle-punched cloth and heat-bonded needle-punched, thermostabilized, calendered
fabric for various industries (geotextiles; bases for linoleum, tufting; filter cloths; autotextile; safety shoes)
- Final product weight range 80-700g/m2
- The maximum capacity of the carding machine is 650 kg/hour
- The maximum output line speed is up to 14m/min.
- The width of the finished product is from 550 mm-5300 mm
