The Bruckner production line

is a comprehensive line for the production of bulk thermally bonded materials, consisting of:

1. Temaf's company loosening and mixing line
2. Two carding machines of type 3500 of Spinbau company
3. Three-tier convective dryer of Bruckner company
4. The unit of cutting, winding and packaging of finished products of Bruckner company

                                  Textile parameters:

1.The type of fiber used for the production of finished products: staple polyester fiber 6-17DTEX with a cutting length of 60-75 mm; bicomponent polyester fiber 4DTEX with a cutting length of 51 mm

2. The products produced on the line are non-woven volumetric thermally bonded fabric intended for use as synthetic insulation, filler for the clothing and furniture industries.
3. The surface density of the cloths produced on the line is from 60 g/m2 to 300 g/m2.
4. The maximum productivity of two carding machines is 800 kg/hour (400 kg/hour each)

 5.The maximum width of the web is 3000 mm

1. The maximum output line speed is 40 m/min.
