Bonino Production Line
A comprehensive line for the production of thermally bonded nonwovens using a roller carding machine and an aerodynamic turbomachine, consisting of:
- Fiber preparation line manufactured by . DELLORCO $ VILLANI company
- Roller carding machine with a width of 3000 cm; canvas spreader; exhaust machine; carding turbomachine with a width of 3500 cm BONINO CARDING MACHNES` company
- Continuous drying chamber for thermal fixation of nonwovens with calibration and cooling zone. Double-roll calender for surface treatment of SECAM materials
- The final section of the line is the unit for cutting, winding and packaging finished products of ATF company.
Textile parameters:
1.The type of fiber used for the production of finished products: staple polyester fiber 0.08-17DEX with a cutting length of 38-75 mm; bicomponent polyester fiber 2-4DEX with a cutting length of 51 mm
- Products manufactured on the line: volumetric thermally bonded canvases used as insulation materials and fillers for the garment industry; layers for the furniture industry and construction.
- The weight of the final product for bulk canvases is 60-750 g/m2; 200-2500 g/m2 for furniture and construction layers.
- The maximum capacity of the roller carding machine is up to 400 kg/hour for polyester staple fibers 0.8-4.0 Dtex; up to 700kg/hour for polyester staple fibers 6-17 Dtex, The maximum performance of the aerodynamic turbomachine is up to 850 kg/hour.
- The width of the finished product is from 600 mm to 3000 mm
- The maximum output line speed is up to 21m/min.
